This is the easiest and possibly the most delicious beef stew recipe I've ever tried.  It tastes especially wonderful on a snowy day.

Place in Crockpot or Stoneware Slow Cooker:

2 pounds raw beef chuck or stew meat, cut in 1" cubes

Mix the following together and pour over meat; stir to coat meat:

¼ cup flour
1½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper

Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well:

1½ cups beef broth
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1-2 garlic cloves―chopped
1-2 whole bay leaves
1 tsp. paprika
4 carrots, sliced
3 potatoes, diced
2 onions, chopped
1 stalk celery, sliced
2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet or Gravy Master (optional)

Cover and cook on Low 10 to 12 hours.  (High: 4 to 6 hours).  Stir stew thoroughly before serving.
