Pea Salad

St. Croix Quilters Christmas Party 2015

1 cup celery, diced
3 Tbsp. green onions
½ cup chopped cashews
Small can water chestnuts, rinsed, drained, and chopped

Mix with:

½ cup mayonnaise (I use Miracle Whip)
¼ cup Mazetto Coleslaw Dressing

Before serving:

Add 10 oz. package of frozen peas, not thawed.
